Our client requested a design allowing them to entertain both large and small groups through all seasons, they wanted a full service kitchen and barbeque under the upper deck, a large stream down one side of the home running into a waterfall feature, a large lounging deck, a lakeside fire pit area, a large hot tub, privacy screening, storage and a sandy beach along the lake front. A rocky stream running down the side of the property and flowing into a Rundle rock waterfall feature was installed on the eastside, with a 2500 gallon underground concrete storage tank built as a waterfall catch basin. Batu mahogany decking was used in the circular deck, rounded stairs, curved deck facing, soffits, screens, hot tub access and planters. Extensive stone masonry was installed throughout the entire project with Rundle stone facing on walls, planters, stair fascia, pillars and kitchen enclosures.
